The Time for Yourself diary will help you in both cases.
It allows you to understand yourself more deeply by focusing on 12 areas of your life. With its help, you will begin to see what exactly needs to change and how to do it.
Combining psychology and astrology, journaling helps you identify the various limitations, beliefs, and fears that are present in your life. By writing down your thoughts and experiences, you explore yourself and determine what specifically needs to be changed.
The diary is available in two versions - electronic and printed.
