I am a practicing psychologist with higher education and many years of experience.
My professional arsenal includes tools that I have collected over the years in various approaches: Gestalt, psychodrama, art therapy, NLP, Lifespan Integration (a method of body-oriented therapy), as well as methods of non-verbal hypnosis, mesmerism and fascination according to the ISI-CNV system of Dr. Marco Paret.
I also studied the features of family counseling, parent-child relationships and crisis conditions. Today I work according to the Talpis L.B. method, using metaphorical cards in individual and group work.
I conduct individual consultations, therapeutic and thematic groups.
My goal is to create a safe space where change and growth are possible.
About me
I work in the field of psychological counseling and transformational games, exploring themes of family relationships, parent-child connections and life crises. One of my favorite tools is metaphorical cards, which help to understand yourself and your internal processes more deeply.
About my book
I wrote a book called Time for Yourself, which helps you find your inner balance and learn to devote time to yourself in the face of constant external pressures. In it, I share the techniques and practices that I use in my work, and also talk about how important it is to understand your needs and restore your inner resources.
About games
Together with psychologist Yulia Kobikova, we conduct psychological transformation games, making professional psychology accessible, understandable and safe for everyone.
